A system lets a user click on a location of a brain model to explore neuroscience ontology terms related to the location. The user can further explore the related terms and related documents through a visualization interface and learn new concept or document relationships derived from the ontology and annotated document collections. The system demonstrates that semantic technologies can be integrated with visual brain models and ontologies to support visual semantic exploration and discovery.
